IPO-R Club Trial, Evergreen Working Dog Club

Due to the incredibly destructive hurricanes Helene and Milton along with the massive number of tornados slamming the southeast, our brave Judge Svetlana Manakova has been deployed to assist in rescue efforts. Since it is unclear when she will be released, we have decided to postpone the trial. Last night we found a mutually available weekend and decided to move the trial to December 14th and 15th. If the new trial date creates a conflict with those who have already entered, we will refund your entry. This also allows the club to extend the entry deadline until midnight on Saturday December 7th.
We wish a safe return to Svetlana and keep all of the victims and their families in our thoughts.

The webinar will be held Saturday, January 18, 2025, at 5:30pm EST on Zoom. The meeting information will be emailed in the new year, closer to the date of the webinar. If you are unable to attend the webinar, a copy of the recording will be shared with you by registering.

2025 Spring ARSA National Championship
Black Hills, SD, May 17 – 18, 2025

Offering V, A, & B levels for Tracking (F), Area Search (FL), and Mantrailing (MT)
Join our host club, Wolfpack Working Dogs, for the 2025 ARSA Championship, May 17-18. The trial field will be in Deadwood, SD, with search facilities in the surrounding area. The hotel is the Blackstone Lodge and Suites, in Lead, SD. The judge will be Liviu Ionescu, President of the FCI Rescue Dogs Commission. More information to follow.

Pat Nolan Seminar on Retrieving
Leesburg, VA, October 26 – 27, 2024

ARSA is presenting a seminar by Pat Nolan on retrieving. The seminar will be held at ASG's training field in Leesburg on Saturday and Sunday, October 26-27.
Pat will break down the retrieve into its various components - take, hold, bring, and out - and address each separately. There will likely also be time for discussions of participants' other particular training problems.
Pat's seminars are always popular, and this one is expected to fill quickly. There are a total of 12 working spots. They will be filled on a "first come, first served" basis, determined by the date the deposit is received. (See below.)
* When: Saturday & Sunday, October 26-27
* Where: 21900 Foxden Lane, Leesburg, VA 20175
* Time: The seminar will begin each day around 9a and conclude in the late afternoon. The exact times will be announced later.
* Cost:
- Working spots - ARSA members, $275. Non-members, $325.
- Audit spots - ARSA members, $60/per day. Non-members, $75/per day.
Working spots are limited to 12. Audit spots are unlimited.
Single-day audit spots are available. Working spots are for both days.
* Working spots are held by sending a $100 deposit via PayPal to AmerRettSportTreas@gmail.com. The balance will be due no later than Friday, Oct. 18. Audit spots should be paid in full and sent via PayPal to the same address. There will be no refunds after Oct. 18.
* To complete your registration for the seminar after payment, send a separate post indicating your desired spot and provide your name, address, and phone to ARSA's treasurer at that same email. Also contact the treasurer if you would like to pay by check or have questions about payment.

Teaching Directionals Webinar - free for ARSA members

This webinar, free to all ARSA members, will focus on directional work in obedience (aka tables), level A/B tracking, area search, and rubble. There will be a short presentation, and then time for questions.
