2025 ARSA National Championship
Corvallis, OR   |  September 19-21, 2025

The 2025 ARSA Nationals were hosted jointly by the Cascade Rettungshunde Club and the Evergreen Working Dog Club on September 20 in Philomath Oregon. Tracking and OB/DEX were held on a rodeo grounds, mantrailing was at a nearby middle school, and area search was at a privately-owned forest. There were seven entries.

Of the 7 dogs, two participants earned titles. David Vesely placed first with his Groenendael Lark (area search) and a score of 167. Melissa Stagnaro placed second with her German Shorthair Pointer Boozie (mantrailing) and a score of 165. A BBQ and awards ceremony followed the trial.

FCI Judge Petra Covic was great to work with. She has outstanding teaching skills and dog knowledge. She was a very fair and consistent judge. The host clubs held workshops both before and after the trial, and Petra did a great job teaching handlers and dogs of all levels.
